A safe and well-organized workplace requires clear routines, risk awareness, and systematic HSE work. In aquaculture, employers and employees must understand the HSE requirements that apply to daily operations and how to prevent incidents, injuries, and work-related illness. This course is based on the Working Environment Act and the Internal Control Regulations, and is aligned with internationally recognized aquaculture standards such as Global GAP and ASC Salmon.
