The employer must have knowledge of which HSE requirements apply, what is needed to have a good working environment and how to work systematically with HSE in the company. HSE work is about finding out where the company's challenges lie, so that you can work to prevent work-related illnesses and injuries. This work is required by law through the internal control regulations, the Working Environment Act, as well as the standards that apply to aquaculture, such as Global GAP and ASC Salmon.
