Hygiene - porcessing facility
For everyone who works with the production of foodstuffs, good routines and expertise in foodborne diseases, cleaning and production hygiene are a prerequisite for production to be safe for consumers. Increased knowledge will increase both motivation and understanding for the correct implementation of routines that the company has. The course is intended for employees within food processing.
